5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns
- Items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
- Customised or personalised items (e.g., engraved jewellery) are non-returnable, unless faulty.

Exchanges

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all jewellery purchased from Ever After Jewellery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship, such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or faulty settings.

- Defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
- Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.
- Damages caused by improper care or exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., water, perfumes).
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
