At Ever After Jewellery, we want to ensure your stunning pieces reach you in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Below you’ll find all the details you need about shipping within Australia and internationally, as well as our process for handling different product types.
All orders require a signature on delivery, and if unavailable, parcels are rerouted to a designated location, with notification sent to the customer.
For orders containing multiple items, we will dispatch your order once all items are available and ready for shipment. If any item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated dispatch date.
Processing Time
Orders placed online are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in AEST (or AEDT during daylight saving time).
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. If an item is Made to Order, please allow additional time for production (see the Made to Order section below).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries within Australia. Please see below for our estimated delivery times:
- Delivery method: Express Shipping
- Estimated timeframe: 1–4 business days
- Shipping Costs: Free for all domestic orders
International Shipping
We use FedEx or Australia Post for all international orders, ensuring fast and secure delivery worldwide.

Customs & Duties
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be due upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential fees before purchasing.
Product Types & Delivery Information
We offer a range of products, and the shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item. Below is a guide to help you understand when to expect your order:
Made to Order Items
Some of our pieces are Made to Order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. These items are clearly labeled as "Made to Order" on the product page. While this ensures your piece is unique, it may require more time. Please allow 7–14 business days for production. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped using the applicable shipping method you’ve selected.
In Stock Items
For items that are in stock, we aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. If you’ve selected Express Shipping, we’ll ensure your item is dispatched promptly, and you should receive it within the expected time frame.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We’ll provide an estimated restock date, offer you the option to select an alternative piece, or issue a refund. If the item is part of a Made to Order collection, you’ll receive an estimated production timeline upon order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your parcel directly through Australia Post or FedEx. You can check the status of your shipment anytime via their websites:
